Gabriella Howell – Sales and Marketing Director | Champion for Quality Care and Positive Futures.

I am a passionate and dedicated professional with over 10 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management, working across both the public and private sectors to make a real difference in people’s lives. Much of my career has been spent collaborating with Local Authorities to ensure that individuals — particularly children and young people — are placed in homes that not only meet their needs today but also set them up for brighter, more fulfilling futures.

My belief is simple: if a child has to enter care, the environment they enter should be safe, supportive, and empowering. I’ve made it my mission to ensure the homes I work with are properly set up, resourced, and guided to deliver the best possible outcomes.

As Sales and Marketing Director at AHLC, my role is to drive our growth and expand our reach to homes across the UK. I work closely with home managers, directors, and care teams, ensuring they are fully supported at every stage — from compliance and staffing to training and operational efficiency. I am deeply invested in building strong, long-term partnerships and helping homes create environments where children can truly thrive.

At AHLC, we understand that running a successful home is far from easy — but with the right support, it’s absolutely possible. My goal is to make that journey as smooth, efficient, and impactful as possible for everyone involved, so that together, we can change lives for the better.
